Our parties are delivered by fully qualified gymnastics coaches and provide the perfect mix of gymnastics, games and food time. 

​

Party Themes: 

OpenGym Party:

The OpenGym themed party allows participants to explore our gymnastics facility at their own pace, with no structured skill circuits. The OpenGym party features structured games and supervised free time under the direction of a qualified coach.

 

Gymnastics Party: 

The Gymnastics themed party follows the traditional Olympic gymnastics apparatus; Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, Floor, P-Bars and Rings. Participants work through jammed packed skill circuits and games under the guidance of qualified coaches.

UrbanGym Party: 

The UrbanGym themed party uses gymnastics apparatus in alternative ways through tumbling, parkour, gymnastics and ninja warrior skills. Participants work through skill circuits, obstacle courses and games under the guidance of qualified coaches.

​Party Format: 

• Party sessions run for 2 hours (venue bookings are 2.5 hours in length) 

• Families have 15 minutes either side of the party to set up and pack up ​

*Due to operational requirements we may be unable to run parties on select weekends

Party Times:

• Sunday: 9:30am - 11:30am 

• Sunday: 12:30pm - 2:30pm

• Sunday: 3:30pm - 5:30pm

Pricing Brackets: 

• 1 - 10 Participants: $350

• 11 - 20 Participants: $450

• 21 - 30 Participants: $550

• 31 - 40  Participants: $650

​

All parties require a $50 non-refundable deposit to be paid at the time of booking.

Participant number confirmation* and full payment is required by C.O.B on Monday the week of your party.

*total number of participants includes the birthday child.

Food and Decorations: 

• Food, cutlery, plates and decorations are strictly BYO 

• Balance Gymnastics will supply tables and chairs 

• Limited kitchenette facilities are available for use throughout your party (microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, plates and cups)

Please Note: Due to the popularity of our birthday parties, we are often booked many months in advance. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
