2024 ENROLMENT

2024 promises to be another exciting year at Balance Gymnastics and we can't wait to have you join us!

Compared to previous years, the enrolment process for 2024 will operate slightly differently to ensure a streamlined start to the new year. If you have any questions, please contact our office and we will be happy to help.

2024 Key Changes

2024 will see a number of changes take effect at Balance Gymnastics: 

  • Classes will run on a continuous basis and stop only for holiday weeks scheduled by Balance

  • Addition of levels and programs to the Balance class structure

  • Tuition will be charged monthly for the month ahead

  • Tuition fees will raise by 1.62% to keep up with increased costs  

All current members have received an email outlining the changes in greater detail

Wednesday 25th October

2024 Balance Squad Recommendation Letters Distributed

  • Current Balance Squad members will receive their 2024 Recommendation Letters on 25th October via Email

Monday 30th October

2024 GFA and KinderGym Recommendation Letters Distributed and Timetable Released

  • Current Balance Gymnastics members will receive their 2024 Recommendation Letters on 30/10/23 via Email

  • In most instances, each gymnast will progress through our programs at the rate of one level per year. This will be reflected in your child’s class recommendation for 2024. 

  • If your child has been recommended to remain at the same level in 2024, please speak to your child’s class coach or Venue Leader. We can help you better understand the recommendation and what this means for your child.

Monday 13th November

2024 Member Priority Enrolments Open

  • 2023 Balance Gymnastics members are able to enrol in 2024 classes from Monday 13th November

  • To secure your place in class for 2024, all families must have the following completed in the Customer Portal:

  • 2024 Terms and Conditions, Direct Debit Agreement and Waiver accepted

  • Card information stored on file and authorised for recurring payments

  • If all requirements are not met; your enrolment will not be accepted and your child will not be allowed to participate in classes

  • Select your preferred class day and time and submit your enrolment request

  • If all policies have been accepted and your card information has been stored on file, we will process your 2024 Registration Fee (non-refundable) using your card details in order to secure your child’s place in class

  • NO PAYMENT = NO ENROLMENT

Monday 18th December

January Tuition Charges Placed On Account

  • January tuition charges can be paid from this date until the due date 

  • Tuition for January is due on Monday 8th January 2024 

Monday 8th January

2024 January Tuition Processed and General Public Enrolments Open

  • Outstanding January tuition is processed using the card information stored on file
     

  • Members of the general public (non-active members) will be able to enrol in our 2024 classes from 08/01/24

  • 2023 Members will still be able to enrol from this date, but will not receive priority when processing enrolments

  • To secure your place in class for 2024, all families must have the following completed in the Customer Portal:

Monday 15th January

2024 Classes Begin

  • The first classes for 2024 commence for all GFA and KinderGym programs

  • Balance Squads may return prior to this date (dependent on squad)
